Julio Mejia aka JWLS is a 21 year old electronic music producer based in Miami, Florida. Known to make many tribal beats that are satisfyingly addicting to music listener's ears, JWLS is an up and coming producer in the electro house and moombahton scene. Being drawn to the vast world of music, JWLS taught himself how to play guitar and drums at age 7, and by age 14 was playing lead trumpet in school band. Learning the in’s and out’s of music through years of schooling, JWLS then began experimenting with full on production at age 19, when a friend exposed him to Fruity Loops. After that it was all downhill from there, when JWLS began to incorporate his major Latin and Hip Hop influences into his music. Gaining the attention from the likes of Laidback Luke, Dave Nada, Munchi, and many others, JWLS is already making an impact on the electronic music scene.
